I really liked Obi-Wan and Siri together. Smile I think I only read about them in Secrets of the Jedi, is there more to read?

They're both in the Jedi Apprentice series and Jedi Quest series. They aren't 'together' like they are in "Secrets of the Jedi"(in Jedi Quest they have already put it aside) but you can really tell that they like each other in those two series' Smile

I love siri and obiwan together I love the relationship between them how they though feel strongly for each other can put it aside and not have that weirdness between them they remain really good friends and its evident every time they met up.

I love the way that they started off hating each other and grew to be really close friends and for a while even closer than that. and the banter between them and the way they tease each other (though not as great as anakin/obiwan banter) is still pretty great and just reenforces how close they have came.

though i have nothing agaisnt satine and obiwan since sadly siri is dead siri will always be my favorite girl for obiwan

I agree, jedigirl. I really liked how they didn't like each other, became friends, and then ended up liking each other. They were really good friends and their banter is hilarious(even though I slightly like Obi-Wan and Anakin's banter better, but anyway). I think that their relationship was very sweet Smile
One of the reasons I like it so much is because I read it when I was younger and it was the first romance that I actually liked(and it's still my favorite). I also liked how they were mature about handling it; I think it was definitely impressive.

i agree and seeing how young they were when they decided to put it aside was extreamly impressive and shows just how loyal both of them are to the jedi order. of course they both had great masters you got to hand it to quigon he caught on quick when it started growing closer than friendship and I loved his talk with obiwan it was authoritive but advisable. kinda makes you wonder about obiwan and anakin if obiwan stepped in the way quigon did would things be different???? most likely not but anyway back on topic I agree i loved the romance between them becasue it wasn;t typical romance it was personal but also not lovey dovey hehe

I agree with pretty much everything you said Smile I love how Qui-Gon had a talk with Obi-Wan about it and yes, since they were so young it is very impressive; most kids that age wouldn't be able to put a relationship aside like that. (also, I guess the reason that Obi-Wan didn't come full out to Anakin about his relationship about Padme was because he knew Anakin wouldn't listen. Plus in AOTC he did talk to him about it a little and it still didn't work. I guess he just kind of gave up Wink XD)

thats a good point too and thats true he did at least warn him and anakin is alot more headstrong then obiwan was when he was a padawan so i doubt him talking to him would of made much difference.

Smile

I really liked it in "The Fight for Truth" when the two of them were walking and neither would let the other one lead; it was very funny, especially since Obi-Wan was thinking the entire time 'This is ridiculous.'
I think it's funny that you can tell they like each other even in the Jedi Apprentice books(you can also tell in Jedi Quest too) Very Happy

haha I agree i love that part in the beginning they seem to hate each other but it really doesn't take long for them to like each other however they still remain in some ways stubborn with one another kinda in a way trying to show up the other one hehe and its cool in the jedi quest books that there are subtle reminders of how close they are like them smiling when the other one is near or them bantering with each other

omg they are just soooo awsome for each other hehe

Ahh, I love them so much! Very Happy It's just so funny and awesome! Very Happy
I love the reminders that they like each other- especially the whole dressing up thing in "The Changing of the Guard" and the part in "The School of Fear" where they had to pretend to be the King and Queen of another planet. Smile

those are my favorite parts i loved how they both gave each other a hard time about the clothes they had to wear and the way obiwan teased her about her flirting and saying "oooh" during that one part with that dude hehee and her throwing a pillow at him lol.

and especially during "school of fear" how even though she was angry that obiwan didn't tell her ferus was missing it lasted a small second and you can tell she still completly trusted him.

they seem so natural together its not forced it fits

Yes, it's definitely the best written romance ever(and I'm not a romantic at all so this is surprising coming from me Smile) Even though they bicker sometimes they get along really well(it kind of reminds me of Obi-Wan and Anakin in some ways).
And yes, I agree, their relationship feels completely natural Very Happy

I wish she would write more about ANYTHING... but I don't think she's doing Star Wars anymore. :/

I TOTALLY AGREE!!! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy A t.v show based on all of Jude Watson's work would be so amazing! I would love to see Jedi Apprentice, Jedi Quest, Secrets of the Jedi, Legacy of the Jedi, and The Last of the Jedi all incorporated into one big awesome television series. I know I'd watch it avidly and be a complete fangirl over it! XD
